When I was younger the Headmaster of my school was a huge Bob Dylan fan. I have sat through numerous assemblies and lessons which have been about this man and his music. It is strange how I came across this quote and therefore was inspired to write about it, I was having a movie quote based argument with a friend of mine and was trying to find a witty response and stumbled over this quote quite by accident.

This quote is so powerful because it highlights something that many people do not even think about. If you are not following Christ then you are resisting Him, if you are not for Him then you are against Him. I don't feel as though there is a lot I need to say on this subject as it is all there in the quote above. I think at times we can clutter things up with too many words when we can just leave a few concise sentences to do the job.

However I do want to leave you with some more words from Bob Dylan and the song Gotta Serve Somebody:
